Not only did this affordable solution more than double Scott’s storage space but it also gave him a full-length mirror – an added bonus! That figure measures deviation from historical fundamentals, not a price forecast. Orange County inventory is rising and affordability is tight, but low foreclosure activity and thin supply continue supporting values.

The New Federal Housing Law Just Passed. Here’s the Part Orange County Should Actually Care About.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act became law July 11, 2026. Its 350-home investor cap has little effect in Orange County, where firms owning 1,000+ properties control roughly 78 homes. With OC inventory 43% below pre-COVID norms, the law’s supply provisions, especially office-to-residential conversion funding, matter far more locally.
