This review is LONG overdue but has been on my checklist to ensure to do as Gary was an amazing real estate agent for my first place. He was extremely patient with my indecisive self, and trucked all over Southern California with the various options of areas I could potentially live in. Gary was honest about the areas safety, as I’d be living alone. He was also very responsive, punctual, professional and overall a great positive demeanor. I am a realtor in Washington State. Gary helped my daughter purchase her first home in Fountain Valley. He was OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond his duty as a realtor. He really cares about his clients. He answered every question we had, countlessly reassuring my daughter (as this was her first purchase.) The best thing about Gary is his honesty. My daughter was on a tight budget. He could of told us many properties we sent to him would be great to buy. But he did not. He was HONEST and told us if it was a bad & unsafe area, bad schools or bad resale. He could of NOT told us that and had her in a home alot sooner. We really admired that about him.
