Gratitude: It all began in 1988
November is the month for gratitude and boy, this year I could take every day to mention something specific that we are grateful for at the Sackin-Stone Team. It all began in 1988. Gratitude.
As most of you know by now we are celebrating our 30th year as full-time real estate professionals. I didn’t dream I would have such a fulfilling career and help so many individuals and families over the past three decades.
What fun we had when almost 200 of you came out to celebrate at our Client Appreciation Event. So far 2019 we have been fortunate to help 55 clients, both new and repeat, with their home buying and selling needs.
Changes in 2019: New Office!
As I write this blog, I’m doing so from the Surf City-themed quiet room in our amazing new state-of-the-art flagship office. The owners of Seven Gables have gone above and beyond to create an office that will stand the test of time!
We are thankful to be with such a forward-thinking company. It’s no wonder they’ve been voted one of Orange County’s best places to work for several years running. We hope to welcome many clients here for not just business meetings, but also social gatherings in one of several Living Room environments. Along with our other Orange County locations, we’re positioned just a few minute’s drive from almost all of our valued clients.
Grateful for YOU
The majority of our business continues to grow exponentially from repeat and referrals from you and that is the biggest reason for this blog. It is because of you and the relationships that have grown over the years, that we don’t have to pound the pavement on a daily basis for new business. This allows us to do what we do best, which is to take our time to serve you in every capacity, not just buying and selling homes and investment properties, but helping with Estate Evaluations when a family member passes away, being a resource for everything, every day, from around your house service providers, to professional business referrals, and advising on updates and home remodels. It all began in 1988 and we have so much gratitude. We wouldn’t have it any other way!
Moving Out of State
One of the biggest sources of fulfillment this year has been to find Realtors for many of you that have moved out of state, are moving again, or have a family member that needs a Realtor that matches our level of commitment and dedication. Lane and I have devised a system for finding the most qualified Realtors for any client in any part of the country. We’ve been honored to match over a dozen clients with just the right Real Estate professional from Washington State to North Carolina and Missouri to name a few.
2020 and Beyond!
As we prepare for 2020 and the changes that the real estate market will surely bring, our commitment is unwavering: we will continue to research and educate ourselves to ensure that we can be your definitive resource. Even if you never move again, you can count on us. Be sure to subscribe, follow, like our social media pages so that you don’t miss any of the items of value we’ll have to share on a regular basis. Even our postcard mailers have value and are not just brag pieces so don’t rush to throw them away!

The final word of gratitude I have for my entire team. I would not wake up every day with the enthusiasm that I had on the first day of my business if it wasn’t for my amazing teammates. Phillip, Lane, Catalina, Gary, and Stipe inspire me, challenge me, pick me up, and give me a kick in the pants when I need it. I feel like I’m the luckiest person in the world when I come to work every day!
