The holiday season is in full swing and we hope you are jingling, mingling, and even tingling from all of your festivities. It’s the time of the year when we like to look back with gratitude and reminiscence and look forward with optimism and exuberance.
Looking in the rearview mirror, it’s hard to believe that Philip and I have been career Real Estate professionals for 33 years this month, and the amazing Lane has been our business partner for almost 10 years. We thank you all for being part of our story & career longevity.
Looking into 2022, we’ve been excitedly planning lots of things that will increase our value to you.
Here’s wishing you, your friends, and your loved one’s health, happiness, warmth, love, and prosperity next year and beyond!
As I close with every year: we do believe the best is yet to come!
Happy Holidays and Merry EVERYTHING!!
From Lane Stone:2021 had its ups and downs for me. I unfortunately lost my Grandfather
and Uncle within a couple months of each other. Both whom I was close to
and both were major influences on my life. If I were to write just how much
I loved them, the experiences we shared, the lessons taught, and all of our
adventures, I would need an 8-series novel.
On the flip side, Real Estate kept me busy this year! I’m so proud of our team
and our growth. Each and every meeting, we are dedicated to operations
and making the customer experience that much better.
I got to do a little traveling as well in 2021. I started the New Year in Alaska
(brrr) in 17 below temperatures. It was my cousin Nick’s last state to visit
and his 40th Birthday. My girlfriend Kierstie and I went RV’ing/camping a
couple times and we were able to make it to Denver for our first time. For
Real Estate, I attended seminars and networking events, where I had the
pleasure of traveling to Dallas as well as Nashville. Before heading up to
Nashville, I was invited to go to Alabama for the Alabama vs. Tennessee
football game…it was Alabama’s homecoming too! It was a blast and a
sporting event experience like none other.
I hope Kierstie and I will have the chance to travel a little more together next
year. We also hope to spend more time together with family and friends like
you. May 2022 be your best year ever!
From Scott and Philip:Wow, it seems like we were writing this greeting for 2020 yesterday! The year
has flown by as we have been so grateful to be back out meeting with friends,
family, and clients.
We finally got to Southern Illinois for Philip’s mom’s Celebration of Life.
Spending time on the farm with family and our almost 30 nieces and nephews
was terrific! We drove home, through parts of the country we haven’t seen.
Extraordinary scenic highlights included Durango, Flagstaff, and Sedona.
Philip performed live this Dec. with his Men’s chorus, Hallelujah!
Scott welcomed two new great-nephews into his SoCal family. And he’s so
grateful his mom now has almost recovered from two back surgeries. Scott
earned one silver medal at his Figure Skating Nationals this summer. The
biggest honor though was to be an official judge for several ‘World Skate’
Huey, our team’s unofficial mascot, is truly a Wonder Dog. Despite his diabetes
and arthritis, he still loves his office visits and evening strolls.
The skill, dedication, and expertise of our small team continues to amaze us.
We celebrated the one-year anniversary of Joanne, our dedicated Transaction
Coordinator. Along with Catalina and Stipe, they are the true Power Support Trio!
