Scott’s Tips:
- Go live on the open market on a Wednesday
- Create a specific previewing schedule
- Make sure your Open House day and time can be found on all of the main sites
- Put out a Facebook/Instagram Ad for your event
- Door-knock and/or Drop professional invitations to all of the neighbors
- Make it an event with food and drinks
- Maximize and use the allowable signage
- Get ready for the offers to roll in!
Bonus Tip: None of the above will work unless you have professional styling/staging, photography and videography showcasing your home in the absolute best possible manner.
