We had a great first time home-buying experience with Tawny and the Sackin-Stone team! Tawny explained the process very thoroughly and was able to help us come up with creative solutions to put in our best offers. She was patient, met us regularly at open houses and got us in for private viewings, and gave us excellent referrals for completing the process. Lane, Philip, and the whole team are amazing. They were super knowledgeable, patient, and are willing to come to bat for you.

Before meeting Lane, I honestly did not think we were going to find a place in California, especially within commuting distance to our offices. It took a while, with constant encouragement from Lane telling us not to settle, but we ending up finding our dream home and I don’t think we would have found it without him.

Lane Stone was responsible for Tawny Patrick being my real estate agent in California. I had a near immediate necessity for moving for a family situation.
Lane placed me with Tawny who was fantastic with executing the process of selling my place in Costa Mesa.
Lane was again asked to find a real estate person in Florida to take control of the process of putting together a plan to sell my father’s home in Naples. He selected Kelly Hammons who again gave me the plan, helped follow the plan and complete the sale in a very short period of time.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how awesome and happy I am with the most amazing experiences I’ve had with Phillip, Scott, and the whole Sackin team with regards to my home transactions. Late last year I decided it was time to downsize. Since I have known Scott Sackin and Philip Talbert for 30 years, I knew that Philip Talbert of Sackin-Stone would be the realtors I wanted to represent me. We were fortunate enough to work with Winston and Lane, as well as the rest of their team, in the search of a new home for our family. While we primarily worked with Winston, every person we spoke to was friendly and knowledge.
